Soft & Fluffy Meaty Pizza

One of the things I learnt in Rome is homemade pizza is always better than shop bought pizza. It is easy, quick and FUN! You can control what goes in and also measure calorie intake. So if you are looking for a soft, fluffy, life changing pizza, you are definitely on the right page.

Ingredients

300g Strong Bread Flour

125ml of warm water

1 sachet of Yeast

1 tbsp of Olive Oil

Mozzarella Cheese

Bell Peppers

Meatballs

Pepperoni

Vegetable Oil

1 Chopped plum tomatoes

Garlic

Oregano

Salt

Blend the plum tomatoes till smooth, add vegetable oil, oregano, salt and garlic to taste

Mix the flour, yeast and a pinch of salt together.

Add water, olive oil and mix with a wooden spoon until it stiffens and all ingredients are mixed

On a floured surface knead the dough mix until it's smooth then cover the bowl

For a deep pan base leave it for 1 hour till the size doubles

For a thin base continue without resting the dough.

When the dough is ready, Cut it into two or equally to the amount of pizza you want. E.g 4 small pizzas or 2 medium pizzas.

On a floured surface roll into desired shapes.

Tip: If the dough is too soft add more flour

Lift off and put on a pizza tray or any oven tray is also suitable.

Preheat the oven at 180C

Add the tomato paste and spread using the back of a spoon to spread evenly

Add the cheese and all your toppings (i.e meatballs, pepperoni, bell peppers and ham).

Add another layer of cheese as you prefer.

Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes or till it's golden.

Serve whilst hot.

Enjoy
